Reservations, Deposit, & Cancellation Policy

For Scheduled Trips

You may sign up for any of the Scheduled Trip dates by using the Scheduled Trip Reservation Request form.

• We will confirm that space is available for the trip you desire and then have you mail in your deposit
• The deposit is due before your reservation will be guaranteed

For Custom Trips

Please use the Custom Trip Reservation Request form to request a reservation for your preferred trip dates.

• A $500 deposit is required per group
• We will confirm that space is available for the trip you desire and then have you mail in your deposit
• The deposit is due before your reservation will be guaranteed

Deposit Refund Policy for Cancellation:

• 0 - 30 days before start date: No refund
• 30 - 60 days before start date: 1/2 refund

• Scheduled Trips: If the trip date you want is either full or does not fill to the minimum of 5 people, every effort will be made to accommodate you on a different trip. Your deposit will be fully refunded if we can not provide another trip that is convenient for you. Your deposit may also be applied against a future trip.
